The Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager is responsible for the creation and management of a well-coordinated, strategic development plan to cultivate and solicit support from foundations, corporations and government sources. This position works to establish long-term partnerships, strengthen existing relationships and initiate new contacts. The desired candidate will provide the expertise to advance the Alabama Symphony Orchestra’s interests by researching and identifying sources of support, proactively seeking opportunities to generate new proposals based on corporate guidelines and interests, and by maintaining strong communication ties with corporate and foundation donors and prospects.More Information

The Alabama Symphony Orchestra seeks a talented and dynamic conductor for the position of ASO Assistant Conductor and Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra Music Director. The job includes serving as the cover conductor for the ASO, and there will also be some opportunities to conduct the orchestra in education and community concerts.

The Alabama Symphony Orchestra (ASO), one of the State’s largest arts organizations, announces an opening for Orchestra Librarian. The Orchestra Librarian is responsible for providing and organizing all of the music needed for performances, and for maintaining the orchestra’s library. The Orchestra Librarian is also responsible for providing program listings, instrumentation requirements, and other information to the Production staff on request.
