Joyce Yang returns to Alabama to continue the celebration of Beethoven's 250th birthday! Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto was inspired by the turmoil and tempestuous politics surrounding Vienna and the invasion of Napoleon. The ASO Chorus will be featured in Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy, a riveting poetic piece uniting the musical forces of piano, orchestra, and voice.

Gain insight into the music by joining us for Concert Comments each night at 6:15pm in the Reynolds-Kirschbaum Recital Hall.

Discounts are available for students, teachers, patrons 40 and under, veterans/active military, and more.
