The Alabama Symphony Orchestra has made the decision to move the previously announced 20/21 performances forward to the 21/22 Season. ASO subscribers who have already renewed for the 20/21 Season will have their subscription automatically moved to the following Season, ensuring those seats for when returning to UAB’s Alys Stephens Center is possible.

Since its premiere, Rachmaninoff’s Second Symphony has enraptured audiences with its sweeping boldness and emotional melodies. As a part of the ASO’s Sound Investment program, the orchestra will be premiering Martin Kennedy’s Trombone Concerto with ASO Principal Trombone, Jay Evans.
