What if I don’t see my ticket email?
If you were expecting to receive print at home tickets via email, and you do not see them, please double check your spam or junk folders. If you still don’t see your tickets, you have a few options:
- Email email@example.com. You may also call the box office for assistance at 205.975.2787.
- Just stop by the box office at the event, and they will print your tickets.
- Find your tickets in your online Tessitura account. Click this link (https://my.alysstephens.org/account/login), put in the email address associated with your account, and if you've never set up your online account access before, select "Retrieve my Account." Once you're able to go through the login process, click "Upcoming Events" down on the left, and your tickets will be there. You can print those tickets out or show them on your phone.
What if I don’t have a printer?
You can show your print at home tickets on your smart phone, or stop by the box office at the event and have your tickets printed.
Why are my seats different than my usual subscription seats?
We apologize that we had to move your seats for these performances. Your seat location may have been changed temporarily to adhere to UAB’s social distancing guidelines. We are still keeping track of your normal seat location, and, when we are able to return to 100% capacity, we will restore your location to the usual seats.
The box office recommends adding the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts/safe senders list to help ensure that your print at home tickets arrive successfully to your inbox.
