2026 Health Pros Concert Dates: February 21 and March 21
Health Pros for the ASO, formerly known as Physicians and Faculty, is an opportunity for professionals in the fields of health and wellness to invest in the power of music and medicine. Health Pros for the ASO contribute to preserving the orchestra for future generations and building our communities' artistic and economic viability. Members receive exclusive ASO benefits while supporting ASO education and outreach programs that benefit communities across Alabama.
Thank you for your interest in joining Health Pros for the ASO as a member! Your membership will help make it possible for the ASO to bring live music to Birmingham hospitals through our Music Meets Medicine program.
Included with your Health Pros membership, you’ll receive tickets to two ASO concerts and have the option to join your peers for a private reception with refreshments and comments from the Maestro before each concert. If you’re the contact for a medical training program, such as a Residency, Fellowship, or Nursing School program, we are excited to offer your program this chance to support the ASO and give your trainees a social and cultural experience with opportunities for networking!
Every year, Health Pros for the ASO, the ASO’s giving society for medical professionals, sponsors a Masterworks concert and attends together. They also enjoy a private reception beforehand and during intermission with refreshments and comments from Maestro Carlos Izcaray.
At the Health Pros for the ASO-sponsored concert and reception on Saturday, February 21, 2026, the group will host its second annual Health Pros-In-Training Night. Dr. Herb Chen, the Chair of Health Pros for the ASO, hopes your medical training program will participate by making a gift to the ASO to sponsor your trainees for a social and cultural night at the Symphony.
The levels available for your program to participate in Health Pros-In-Training Night are:

For a $250 donation to the ASO, your program can send up to 5 trainees/students to the event!

For $500, send up to 10 trainees

For $750, send up to 15 trainees

For $1,000, send up to 20 trainees
