- Ticket purchases are final; ASO does not offer refunds.
- Tickets are delivered by customer choice of email, mail, or pick up at Will Call.
- ASO is not responsible for confirming ticket delivery. If tickets are not received promptly, please contact the Patron Experience Manager at 205-314-6909 for replacement tickets.
- Seat selection is based on availability in the preferred location and price level.
- Prices vary per performance and venue.
- If you are unable to attend a concert, your tickets may be given to another person.
- Tickets to Masterworks concerts, Concerts at the Carver, and Concertmaster & Friends may be exchanged for another Alabama Symphony Orchestra performance of this group if notification is made to the Alys Stephens Center box office 48 hours before the performance (Call 205-975-2787).
- Tickets to Masterworks concerts, Concerts at the Carver, and Concertmaster & Friends may not be exchanged for SuperPOPS!, Special Events, or any performance at BJCC.
- Tickets purchased directly with BJCC and Ticketmaster are non-refundable.
- All “Create Your Own” (CYO) ticket purchases for concerts at BJCC are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Credit will be issued in the event of a cancellation initiated by ASO. In such cases, patrons will be eligible to receive credit that can be applied towards another performance.
- CYO Tickets to Masterworks concerts, Concerts at the Carver, and Concertmaster & Friends may be exchanged for another classical performance. Notification must be given 48 hours before the performance to the Patron Experience Manager at 205-314-6909.
- Ticket purchases are final; ASO does not offer refunds.

- Additional charges may be incurred if the exchanged ticket is used for the higher-priced event.
- Exchanges may not be available less than 24 hours before the concert.
- No exchanges will be made after a performance has passed.

If you have misplaced your tickets, please call the Patron Experience Manager at 205-314-6909, and a seating pass for your original seats will be provided at Will Call.
You may exchange your subscription ticket for any other ASO concert in the current season with no handling fees, excluding SuperPOPS!, special events, or any concert held at the BJCC Concert Hall. This is a subscriber benefit. However, additional charges will be incurred if you exchange a ticket for the higher-priced event. Tickets are easily exchanged when given up to a 48-hour notice before a performance. No refunds will be offered. Exchanges may not be available less than 24 hours before the concert. If you have subscription tickets and have not chosen a performance, a credit of the tickets’ value will be applied to your account. This credit must be used in the current season. Credits cannot be used for SuperPOPS!, special events, or any concert held at the BJCC Concert Hall. Credit is not available for future seasons. No refunds will be offered. No tickets can be converted into credit after a concert has passed.
Tickets may be returned to the ASC Box Office 48 hours before the scheduled concert in exchange for a donation letter. However, refunds will not be offered, and tickets cannot be converted into donations after the concert has passed.
Concert hall doors open 30-60 minutes before start time. To preserve the musical experience for everyone, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management. Latecomers are not guaranteed to be seated in their ticketed seats until intermission.
Audio and video recording is strictly prohibited at Alabama Symphony Orchestra concerts. Anyone violating this policy will have their device confiscated and their files deleted and returned after the concert. All mobile phones and other electronic devices must be silenced during the performance.
The Alabama Symphony Orchestra will only cancel in cases of severe weather. If the concert is canceled due to severe weather, ticketholders will receive an email to transfer their tickets to a future symphony concert within the current season.
