2025/2026 Education Concert Registration Form

Thank you for registering for one of our education concerts! We’re excited to welcome you and your students to experience the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. Tickets are $10 per student. We are pleased to offer one free chaperone ticket for every ten student tickets purchased. Additional adults and chaperones will also be charged the $10 ticket price. The free chaperone tickets will be reflected on your invoice. Invoices will be sent via email through Square, and payment or a purchase order is due no later than 30 days prior to the concert.
